Real People. Real Change.

See how hundreds of people have slowly found it in their hearts to forgive.

This program helped me feel real empathy — both for the person who feels I wronged her, and the person I feel has wronged me. She’s my sister. I love her.

I loved the program! It helped me so much with a specific person — now I feel so liberated and happy to be free from resentment.

This 40 Days to Forgiveness was incredible. It helped me release anything I was holding onto.

Last year this helped me so much. I was holding onto a lot of resentment and didn’t know how to let it go until this program.

I realized forgiveness can be attained through easy steps. It always used to scare me — this program encouraged me and gave me so much clarity.

Done! I felt so much resentment toward someone — and even though it’s hard, you feel free when you let go!

You want to forgive.
You just don’t know how.

Maybe someone hurt you years ago — and it still aches today.
Maybe you’ve been waiting for an apology that never came.
Maybe you’ve tried to move on, but the pain keeps finding its way back.
Maybe you know forgiveness matters, but no one ever showed you where to begin.

You’re not broken, and you’re not alone. Forgiveness isn’t a switch you flip — it’s a path you walk, one small step at a time.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Rosh Chodesh Elul.

After Yom Kippur, iy"H.
Is it okay if I miss a day?
Absolutely. Just continue with the next challenge.
Why is this happening during the 40 days between Rosh Chodesh Elul and Yom Kippur?
The 40 days between Rosh Chodesh Elul and Yom Kippur are a powerful time for forgiveness for the Jewish people. When we forgive our fellow Jews, it brings down tremendous blessings from Above. Chazal teach us that when we forgive others, Hashem forgives us, too. (Yoma 87b)

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Most of us were taught that forgiveness matters — but never how to actually do it. So we carry the weight, wait for it to lift on its own, and quietly wonder why it never does.

This challenge is different. Instead of simply telling you to forgive, it walks beside you through forty small, practical steps — each one gentle enough to do today, and meaningful enough to change how tomorrow feels.

No guilt. No pressure. Just one quiet step at a time.
